Shipping

Orders are dispatched within one to five business days, from the time that payment has been received in full, and delivery time is estimated to be between 1-10 business days depending on your location.

ENGINE MASTER AUSTRALIA IS UNABLE TO SHIP TO A PO BOX ADDRESS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE FAILURE TO PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS WILL RESULT IN DELAYS

Delivery Partners - We ship with the following courier services, you can choose your preferred courier or our team will select the best option for you:

• Australia Post (Standard and Express)
  
• Startrack Express (Air Bag and Road Express)
• TNT
• Sendle
• DHL

Items purchased are shipped from our warehouse in Albury, New South Wales – in some instances items may be sent directly from one of our partners.

If for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly.

Providing a telephone number at checkout makes it easier to reach you should there be any questions regarding your order or shipping.

PLEASE ENSURE that you choose an address with someone available to sign for your item, work/business addresses are prefered. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, goods may be left at your residence unless you specify otherwise before purchase of your item(s) however, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office, Startrack depot or other freight depot.

If no such arrangements can be made, we, or our delivery partner, will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time (additional costs apply for redelivery)

All goods, unless otherwise requested, are not insured and are the responsibility of the buyer upon leaving Engine Masters premises.

Please note that shipping and handling rates are calculated based upon your location and the size / weight of your order. Some items will need to be manually calculated (EG: Wheels, Tyres, Seats, Engines) please contact us with the item(s) you are enquiring on, your suburb and postcode for an accurate freight estimation.
