Kirkey 38 Series aluminum standard layback seats offer great value for amateur racers who demand the best in safety and comfort.

They feature a unique bottom design allowing them to be mounted in multiple layback angles (10 to 20 degrees) without raising center of gravity in your race car. Kirkey 38 Series racing seats are constructed with TIG and MIG-welded .100 in. thick 5052 grade aluminum with extra MIG welding on the inside, and offset aluminum extrusion around the perimeter of the seat for added strength and safety. They are engineered with bolt-on rib braces and a welded interior head rest plate for additional strength, as well as a raised seat front for leg and thigh support.

Kirkey 38 Series layback seats come standard with lap belt openings, double shoulder belt openings, and sub belt opening to accommodate all belt systems, plus molded rubber inserts for all seat belt openings. They are available in 6 widths, including their 20 in. Big Boy.
